Dad that's all great news!!! That's so cool that Kevin is the Bishop. Congratulate him and let him know that there is hand raised in sustaining vote from Chicago, from the top of the highest building. I'm so glad to hear that you can go to the Temple. I know that was a rough time for all of us last year, but I'm so happy for you. The blessings of the temple are great and infinite, that is the house of the Lord, and a place for cultivating revelation. It's an opportunity to hear what the Lord has to say. I love you dad you've done well. Wow I want to hug you right now so bad.

So I have 3 scriptures for you. 3Nephi 12:24-the last line is the statement the Lord has for us, it's what he wants us to do. He will receive us. 
3Nephi 13:8- The Lord already knows what we need, he just wants to hear us say it!
3Nephi 13:21- This is a good guiding principle for our lives, if we are mindful of this then we know the path that we are on and are following.

DAD, I love you so much. You're a great father and you've taught me so much.

PS -Some members gave us a gift card for $30 to GIORDANO's, it's a famous Chicago Pizza place. Now there's other things I'd rather have if I were to choose, but my companion says you have to try another pizza place besides the one I had when I first landed in Chicago. So On friday we are going to GIORDANO's to celebrate his birthday which is on sunday. I'll tell you how it is.

Wow wow. Sounds exciting. We are taking our bikes downtown today, so I have to be brief. Ask Amber if she's ever heard of Chi Running. This lady we are teaching has been telling me about it. Also I wanted to tell you about shirts for Josh. You don't need that many short sleeves. You gave me six. I could probably send you home two of them, and would gladly except two more long sleeve shirts in return. In fact let's plan on that. I just wear the long sleeves a lot more. Also I wanted to see if you could go to costco and pick me up some ankle socks there. They are the ones that Debbie would get me. The have a "kb" on the top by the toes. I think they might actually be womens socks, but they are great "No show socks" and are great for running, my favorite. If you could pick my up some of those that would be great, my ones hear have holes, but we are holding out. I've also broke two shoe laces. I thought of something cool also that the easter bunny could hop out here to Chicago. One of those Excercise balls that dad has. They have one in the gym here and I really like it, but I won't be here forever. I wanted to say thanks for the facial stuff also it's awesome!! We are going to check out where some of Capone's gang shootings went down today.So the Chinese people that we are teaching.....The one lady we can't teach anymore because she is with a university in China that is owned by the government and their army. They work on top secret aerospace projects. They made her sign a contract that she will not have contact with Mormon's. They showed her a video of how we are supposedly connected with the FBI. She doesn't believe this, but she has to honor this, because if they were to find out that we were meeting with her it could be devastating to her career and status. She can't even take the BOM that we gave her in Chinese back to China!!!So Beverly's Baptismal date didn't hold, she's having some troubles. Things will work out though, she has great faith and is going to continue to pray. She really knows how important this is and wants to do it but she wants it to be something she can hold strong to. I've felt the spirit strong this week. The Book of Mormon is true, it contains Christ's words and a special spirit. This book is the greatest thing to ever happen to the Christian world. I know it's true, and Joseph Smith God's prophet of this last dispensation. I've felt the Saviors watchful eye and helping hand. I've felt his love confirm to me these truths. This work is so true. I am involved in something so much bigger than me, and it's a priviledge I'm even allowed near it. The priesthood of God is restored. Those important keys are here on the earth, and they are here to bless us. God has entrusted me with a portion of this power also. This is Christ's one true Church. The spirit confirms this. Everyone will soon know and feel. I will work and teach and testify with all that have to bring souls unto Christ. He is my Lord and my God, to him I praise and give thanks. It is him who has redeemed me. In His holy name. Amen.

PS-Conference is coming up, wow that went fast, I can't believe it's my second one in the mission.

So my companion does this MMMMM thing just like you. Especially about food, but he does it with other things. It reminds me of you.
Sweet, I'm glad that you love the Book of Mormon. That is powerful spiritual nourishment, a foundation for testimony. I'm glad you like what I highlighted. Yes did get her letter a long time ago, but I haven't responded. I'm horrible at doing that kind of stuff. Maybe I'll get around to it, but just tell her thank you.

Enjoy the temple, go in the spirit and prepare your mind and heart. It's a great experience and a great opportunity. The temple is so special. I've had some great experiences in the temple, that truly is God's house, and it's hard to go into someone's house and not meet the owner. It is the Lord's house. It's a place of spiritual strength and rejuvenation, and revelation. Enjoy it and spend some time in prayer and scripture study in the celestial room and take time to enjoy the beauty. Oh, the temple is great. You'll love it and I'm excited to hear from you. Love you tons bro and I'll hear from you next week.
